모고미 색칠놀이(이하 "앱")는 만 3~5세 아이를 위한 iPhone·iPad 색칠놀이 앱입니다. 앱은 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 개발자나 제3자에게 아무것도 보내지 않습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
이름, 생일, 사진, 음성, 위치, 연락처, 기기 식별자, 사용 기록 등 어떤 정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 계정과 로그인이 없고, 광고·분석·추적 도구를 쓰지 않으며, 인터넷에 연결하지 않습니다. 카메라와 마이크도 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
아이가 칠한 그림(그림마다 파일 하나)과 효과음·목소리·쉬는 시간 알림 설정은 이 기기의 앱 전용 공간에만 저장됩니다. 쉬는 시간 알림은 앱을 쓰는 시간을 기기 안에서만 세고 기록으로 남기지 않습니다. 이 정보는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않으며, iCloud나 컴퓨터로 기기를 백업하면 Apple의 백업 정책에 따라 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.
3. 보관과 삭제
그림은 보호자가 지우기 전까지 보관됩니다. 보호자는 내 그림 → 자물쇠 → 덧셈 확인 후 그림을 하나씩 지울 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 기기에 저장된 그림과 설정이 모두 지워집니다.
4. 공유·사진 저장·인쇄
보호자가 덧셈 확인을 거쳐 공유하거나 사진 앱에 저장하거나 인쇄할 때만, 그림 이미지가 보호자가 고른 앱이나 프린터로 전달됩니다. 사진 앱에는 그림을 추가하는 권한만 요청하며, 사진을 읽지 않습니다. 이후의 처리는 보호자가 고른 앱의 정책을 따릅니다. 보호자 설정의 “그림 보관”에서 모든 그림을 파일 하나로 저장하거나 그 파일에서 다시 가져올 수 있습니다. 파일을 어디에 둘지는 보호자가 고르며, 앱이 스스로 어디로 보내지 않습니다.
5. 음성
색 이름·칭찬·안내 음성은 AI 음성 합성으로 미리 만들어 앱에 넣어 둔 녹음입니다. 아이의 목소리를 녹음하거나 분석하지 않습니다. 보호자 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 대상으로 하며, 아동이나 보호자의 개인정보를 수집·이용·공개하지 않습니다.
7. 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 앱 업데이트와 함께 이 내용을 고치고 시행일을 새로 적습니다.

Mogomi Coloring (the "app") is an iPhone and iPad coloring app for children aged 3 to 5. The app collects no personal information and sends nothing to the developer or to anyone else.
1. Information we do not collect
The app collects no information of any kind, including names, birthdays, photos, voices, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage history. There are no accounts or logins, no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools, and no internet connection. The app does not use the camera or microphone.
2. Information kept only on this device
The pictures a child colors (one file per picture) and the sound, voice, and break-reminder settings are stored only in the app's own space on this device. The break reminder counts time in the app on the device only and keeps no record of it. They never leave the device, though device backups to iCloud or a computer may include them under Apple's backup policies.
3. Keeping and deleting
Pictures are kept until a grown-up deletes them. A grown-up can delete pictures one by one from My pictures → lock → addition check. Deleting the app removes all of its pictures and settings from this device.
4. Sharing, saving to Photos, and printing
Only when a grown-up passes the addition check and chooses to share, save to Photos, or print is an image of the picture handed to the app or printer the grown-up picks. The app asks only for permission to add images to Photos and never reads your photos. What happens next follows the policy of the app the grown-up chose. In Grown-up settings, “Keep pictures safe” can save every picture as one file, or bring pictures back from such a file. The grown-up chooses where the file goes; the app never sends it anywhere by itself.
5. Voice
Color names, cheers, and short tips are recordings made in advance with AI voice synthesis and built into the app. The app never records or analyzes a child's voice. They can be turned off in Grown-up settings.
6. Children's privacy
The app is made for children and does not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children or their parents.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the text is updated with an app update and the effective date is changed.
